Gaylord's First Congregational United
Church of Christ in 2005. Prior to that time
she served UCC churches in Baldwin,
Michigan and Wilmette, Illinois. Rev.
Webeler received her BS degree from the
University of Cincinnati and her M. Div. from
the Chicago Theological Seminary. She
was ordained 1995 and is also a trained
Spiritual Director.
Susan has been a life-long member of the
United Church of Christ (Evangelical and
Reformed Church) and grew up in
Cincinnati, Ohio. She began seminary after
working for 20 years as a medical secretary
and raising two sons. Susan’s interests
include spending time with her four
grandchildren, social justice advocacy,
swimming and gardening. She currently
serves as a member of the Board of
Directors of the Michigan Conference of the
United Church of Christ and a member of
the Ethics Committee at Otsego Memorial
Hospital.
